White Chocolate Almond Meringue Recipe

One of Our Favourite Vegan Chocolate Recipes.

INGREDIENTS

- 2 large meringues

- 500ml natural yogurt

- 300ml Whipping Cream

- 200g Sweet William White Choc Buttons (chopped)

- 100g caster sugar

- small cup flaked almonds

STEPS

1. Place yogurt, sugar and chopped buttons into a bowl

2. Whip cream until thick

3. Roughly chop up meringues.

4. Add whipped cream and meringues to yogurt mixture

5. Combine mixture and place into serving dishes. Freeze until set

6, Decorate with flaked almonds and more Sweet William Chocolate.

7. Enjoy!
