Delicious Peanut Slice Recipe
One of Many Great Recipes Using Sweet William Chocolate
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (gluten free)
- 125g margarine
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 150g Sweet William Milk Chocolate Compound Baking Buttons
STEPS
1. Melt butter, brown sugar and peanut butter. Add egg and mix until fully combined.
2. Sift flour and baking powder into the saucepan and continue to mix.
3. Pour batter into tin and bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC
4. Melt Chocolate in a microwave for approximately 1 minute
5. After Peanut Slice has cooled, cover with melted Chocolate and leave to set.
6. Enjoy!
