Viennese Chocolate Fingers Recipe

Using Sweet William Dark Chocolate

- 6 tablespoons caster sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

- ½ teaspoon salt

- 1 cup margarine

- 2 cups plain flour

- 4 tablespoons cornflour

- 50g Sweet William Dark Chocolate Chips

STEPS
1. Preheat oven to 190°C. and lightly grease 2 baking trays.

2. Mix margarine, sugar, vanilla essence and salt in a bowl until light and fluffy.

3. Slowly mix in sifted flour and cornflour.

4. Place the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle and pipe fingers about 5 cm long or in circles on the baking tray - allow for spreading.

5. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes and leave to cool completely.

6. Melt dark chocolate chips and dip ends of baked biscuits to coat.

7. Leave to cool completely.

8. Enjoy!
