Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated using several factors: the dead weight and cubic weight of the parcel being sent, the courier selected, the address of the receiver and the other courier selections available. However, the minimum cost of shipping to the following destinations are: NSW = $4.99, VIC = $7.95, ACT = $7.95, QLD = $7.95, SA = $7.95, WA = $7.95, TAS = $7.95

To obtain a more accurate quote, please add all items to your cart, enter your address and proceed to the shipping page. We do not guarantee shipping quotes generated before the products have been correctly packed in their sendable form.

Regional Areas and Northern Territory extra fees may apply.

Time before Dispatch

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 - 2 days after receipt of payment and are delivery by Fastway Couriers, Australia Post or Hunter Express. Every package is given a tracking ID, that can be easily tracked online via the website. The following approximate delivery time frames apply:

Delivery Times

Regardless of your courier option, Candy Bar Sydney, and its representatives, can never guarantee shipping time frames. The below delivery times are indicative. 

1 day delivery: Sydney, Melbourne, Albury, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, Southern Tablelands, Blue Mountains, Gosford, Erina, Wyong, Nowra, Kiama, Hunter Valley, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers, Gold Coast, Brisbane.

1 - 2 day delivery: Adelaide, Geelong, Bendigo, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay, Capricorn Coast, Mackay  

2 - 4 day delivery: Rest of NSW

3 - 4 day delivery: Tasmania 

2 - 7 day delivery: Rest of VIC and QLD

4 -5 day delivery: Perth, Rest of Australia with Aus Post; 7 - 10 working days with Fastway. 

*An additional shipping fee may be required for rural destinations or for large orders.

*We do not guarantee delivery times and we do not offer refunds for orders that arrive late, however every effort is taken to ensure that we get your order dispatched as early as possible. 


Priority Status

Need your order urgently? When checking out you can select the 'Priority Status'' option. There is a $7.95 fee and this ensures that your order gets put to the top of the queue and dealt with first by our customer service team.

If your order is placed before 2pm and all items are in stock, then it will be dispatched the same day. If anything is out of stock you will be contacted immediately. 


Warehouse Pickup

If you would prefer to pickup your order directly from the warehouse, simply elect to 'Click and Collect' when checking out online. 

The warehouse is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm, to pick up orders made online, however it is advisable to call before attempting to pickup, to ensure your order is ready. If you'd like to browse then the warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

Broken or damaged Items 

 Damaged during shipment

  • 2.1 Fastway Courier - return to sender policy
  • - If your parcel is sent with Fastway and you receive goods that are damaged as a result of mishandling by the Fastway Couriers, you must not sign for acceptance from the courier. If you refuse the damaged goods and have them 'returned to sender', we will send you a complete new order. 
  • 2.2 Fastway Couriers - ATL or Neglect to check policy
  • - If you sign to accept damaged goods delivered by Fastway Courier, or waive your right to check the parcel before accepting responsibility for it, we may not be able to refund or replace your items, unless you have paid for delivery insurance. 
  • 2.3 Auspost / eParcel
  • - Parcels sent with eParcel, have no automatic insurance. If you choose to send with eParcel and your parcel is lost or damaged, and you haven't selected 'Delivery Insurance', you will not be able to claim a refund or replacement for your order. 

Delivery Insurance

  • - If you have selected to add delivery insurance to your order and you receive goods that are damaged as a result of courier mishandling, you can request a refund or replacement. If you have not selected delivery insurance at the time of checkout, you cannot add it once your shipment has been sent. 


Leaving Goods Without Signature

If you instruct Candy Bar Sydney, to deliver goods without your signature, you take full responsibility for the condition of the goods. Candy Bar Sydney, will not take responsibility for the condition of your goods. 


Shipping And Handling Fees.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Wholesale Customers

Wholesale customers are required to pay the full cost of shipping. You will be contacted by Candy Bar Sydney if the shipping is over the flat fee that has been charged.
