Need some advice or assistance with your order, or with the shop itself? Hopefully this list of frequently asked questions can help.

 

Q. How much does it cost for shipping?

A. NSW = $9.95, VIC = $9.95, QLD = $9.95, SA = $9.95, WA = $14.95, TAS = $14.95, NT = $19.95

 

Q. How long does it take to deliver goods?

A. We use Fastway Couriers for the majority of our freight. They provide the following indicative delivery times

  1 day delivery: Sydney, Melbourne, Albury, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, Southern Tablelands, Blue Mountains, Gosford, Erina, Wyong, Nowra, Kiama, Hunter Valley, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers, Gold Coast, Brisbane.

  1 - 2 day delivery: Adelaide, Geelong, Bendigo, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay, Capricorn Coast, Mackay 

  2 - 4 day delivery: Rest of NSW

  2 - 9 day delivery: Rest of VIC and QLD

  7 - 12 day delivery: Perth, Tasmania, Rest of Australia

*Please note delivery to Perth, Tasmania, Rest of Australia can be delivered with Australia Post for a small extra fee and takes 4 - 5 working days.

*Packages sent to rural Australia, are sent using Australia Post. 

 

Q. What methods of payment do we accept? 

A. Purchases on the store can be placed using either Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. At this stage we do not accept Diners or Discovery. 

 

Q. If a product is broken during shipping, will you refund. 

A. When the courier arrives, it is your responsibility to check the goods are in good condition before you sign. If the goods are broken, don't sign and we will send you a replacement items immediately. If you sign without checking, the broken goods will not be refunded.

 

Q. Do you refund for change of mind?

A. No, we don't refund items for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

 

Q. Do we exchange goods?

A. We can exchange non-perishable goods, only if they have not been used, are returned in their original packaging and within 7 days of purchase.

 

Q. If I buy products for a party and they don't arrive in time, will you give me a refund?

A. We make our best efforts to get your items to you as soon as possible. If there is a delay in the shipping and the package doesn't make it for your party, we will not refund your products. If you are concerned about your package arriving in time, please make a note of your required date at checkout, we will let you know if the package is unlikely to reach you in time.
