Delivery And Shipments

Time before Dispatch

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are delivery by Fastway Couriers. Every package is given a tracking ID, that can be easily tracked online via the Fastway website. The following delivery time frames apply:

Delivery Times

Sydney: Next working day

Melbourne: Next working day

Adelaide: 1 - 2 working days

Perth:  7 - 10 working days

Packages sent to rural Australia, are sent using Australia Post. 

Packages sent to Perth with Australia Post have a 5 working day delivery time frame. 

Broken or damaged Items

DO NOT SIGN WITH COURIER UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED ALL GOODS ARE NOT DAMAGED. If there are any damaged goods, send the package back to us and we will replace any damaged goods. If you sign, the goods become your responsibility and we will not replace any damaged or broken items.

Leaving Goods Without Signature

If you instruct Candy Bar Sydney, to deliver goods without your signature, you take full responsibility for the condition of the goods. Candy Bar Sydney, will not take responsibility for the condition of your goods. 

Warehouse Pickup

If you would prefer to pickup your good directly from the warehouse, simply elect to 'Pickup From Warehouse' when checking out. Our warehouse is open most days, however it is advisable to call before

attempting to pickup, to ensure the goods are in stock. The address is 5/9 Stanley St, Peakhurst, Sydney. 

Shipping And Handling Fees.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
