The original inventor of the bullseye, Mr. William Allsep Senior, started his confectionery trade in Birmingham back in 1880. After migrating with his family to Australia, he established the business in Wollongong, and the rest is history. Three generations later, Allseps is still in good hands, with Andy Allsep at the wheel.
